Pre-listen:I can’t wait to hear this. Lumet was not perfect, but solid. I loved 12 Angry Men, Fail Safe, Deathtrap and Running on Empty. I did not love, but liked The Anderson Tapes, Network and Dog Day Afternoon, and I’m not the biggest fan of Serpico. Find Me Guilty and Night Falls on Manhattan top my Want To Watch list for him. I went into a critics’ screening with those all in place. And I really hated it. Which I did NOT expect. So I’m pumped to hear your takes.
